Due to unexpectedly slow ticket sales we have decided to cancel the festival so that our guests can make other plans for the summer. We would not have been able to make the festival of our dreams with the current ticket sales. And for us at To Øl, it doesn’t feel right to compromise on the end result of our projects.

There will be fun stuff happening at To Øl City in the future, but we cannot confirm that there will be a festival next year.

For now, we can only tell you that there will be a party at our brewpub Brus on August 6th - the saturday of the canceled festival. We will be back with more info as soon as we have organized this fun happening. The party will be free of charge (no ticket required).

Ticketmaster will refund all tickets automatically - if you have paid by credit card, PayPal or Klarna via ticketmaster.dk. If you have changed bank since purchasing the tickets or if the tickets have been paid in part or completely with a gift card or MobilePay, please contact Ticketmaster Customer Service.

If the tickets have been purchased at a physical Ticketmaster Denmark outlet, you can get a refund at that outlet, or contact Ticketmaster Customer Service.

As soon as possible and no later than 60 days after the date of cancellation, which in this case is August 1st.

Unfortunately not. This is a non-refundable service fee that Ticketmaster charges to process your order, provide your ticket and take care of the refund in the event of a cancellation.
